Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support. Your primary focus will be on enhancing customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills. This position requires a blend of client services and sales expertise, along with proficiency in office tasks and data management.
Duties
- Provide outstanding client services by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Conduct outbound calling to follow up with clients and gather feedback on their experiences.
- Utilize phone etiquette to maintain a professional demeanor while communicating with clients.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to keep customer records up-to-date.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for sales growth through effective communication with clients.
- Maintain a well-organized office environment to support daily operations.
Qualifications
- Strong background in client services.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Proficient in computer applications relevant to office tasks and data entry.
- Experience with outbound calling and sales techniques is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to handle customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 14 – 30 per week
