This position requires a blend of client services and sales expertise, along with proficiency in office tasks and data management.

Duties

• Provide outstanding client services by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Conduct outbound calling to follow up with clients and gather feedback on their experiences.
• Utilize phone etiquette to maintain a professional demeanor while communicating with clients.
• Perform data entry tasks accurately to keep customer records up-to-date.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Assist in identifying opportunities for sales growth through effective communication with clients.
• Maintain a well-organized office environment to support daily operations.

Qualifications

• Strong background in client services.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Proficient in computer applications relevant to office tasks and data entry.
• Experience with outbound calling and sales techniques is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to handle customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 14 – 30 per week
