Customer Insights Analyst

About the opportunity:

This is an Auckland-based (CBD) opportunity with hybrid working.

• In Plexure we redefine the customer experience and drive results through personalized mobile marketing and next-generation loyalty programs for for household names such as McDonald's. Our in-house built cloud-based mobile engagement platform is used by 300+ million users in 60+ countries globally.
• The team: you will join a collaborative team of Customer Insights Analysts and Data Scientists.
• Your role in a nutshell: you will be shaping business problems to maximize the opportunity for delivering value back to the business. You will also engage with Plexure's customers and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities to answer business questions or drive business insights through the use of data and data analytics techniques.
• On a day-to-day basis you will be involved with data mapping and extraction, performing statistical validations such as A/B testing and customer engagement analysis, visualizing and reporting data findings, analyzing highly complex requirements and problems and converting them into actionable data actions. You will also collaborate with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders in daily operations.
• The main tools you will be using: SQL, Excel, Python, Azure.

What are we looking for?

• Prior hands on experience with translating business goals and shaping them into actionable requirements.
• A proven track record in Data and Analytics in a commercial data environment.
• A critical thinker who can identify patterns and trends and make data-driven recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A collaborative team player who is eager to learn and grow.
• Advanced SQL skills. Intermediate Excel skills.
• Prior experience with Python and/or dashboarding is not required but advantageous.
