Job Description
As a Customer Onboarding and Success Manager, you will onboard new, high-quality suppliers within your assigned region.
Detailed Duties and Responsibilities
- Analyze data to uncover strategic opportunities and implement data-driven strategies to drive sales growth.
- Stay well-versed in technical integrations with software partners to offer effective support to clients.
- Manage accounts directly to consistently surpass quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Onboard new, high-quality suppliers within your assigned region.
- Develop and maintain strong partner relationships within your designated territory.
Targeted Qualifications
- Fluency in Spanish Language, C1 level or Higher.
- Fluency in English Language, C1 level or Higher.
- Proven ability to effectively manage a pipeline of leads or a book of business.
- Comfortable working at both strategic and tactical levels in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Min 1-2 years of experience in account management, partner support, technical support, customer experience, customer success, or sales.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and apply data to drive informed decision-making.
- Demonstrated success in consistently surpassing goals and targets.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines, adapt to changing priorities, and balance short-term goals with long-term initiatives.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Exceptional time management and prioritization skills.
- Experience with online marketplaces or SaaS platforms is a plus.
- Proficient in CRM software, particularly in managing leads and opportunities.
