Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in advertising sales, business development, marketing, start-ups, or media.
  • Ability to communicate in English and one of the following languages (Swedish, Danish, Finnish, Norwegian) to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Understanding of Google's advertising products and the technology industry.
  • Ability to reach out to customers, and assisting them in adding value to their business.

As a Customer Onboarding Specialist, you will educate new customers, help solve problems, drive strategy and ensure the smooth adoption of our products. Throughout our customer lifecycles, we prioritize delivering a fantastic customer experience, and onboarding is the first step in that process.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage customer relationships from creating their first campaigns through successful implementation for a customers first six months using Google ads.
  • Help the customer define their needs and manage their timeline toward seeing value.
  • Be a Google ads expert and educate on our products and measurement solutions.
  • Respond to customer emails and calls regarding implementation.
  • Successfully transfer our customer relationships to long-term customer account managers after onboarding.
