Customer Onboarding Success Team Leader – Italian Speaker – Hybrid

Job Description

As a Customer Onboarding Success Team Leader, you will collaborate with sales operations, QA, and training teams.

Detailed Duties and Responsibilities

  • Adapt leadership style to client needs and strategies.
  • Drive sales growth through data analysis and strategic recommendations.
  • Develop systems to improve efficiency and performance.
  • Oversee daily operations and manage performance, scheduling, and evaluations.
  • Support clients with technical integrations and provide ongoing assistance.
  • Monitor and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
  • Foster a high-performance, collaborative team culture.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a sales team to meet targets.
  • Collaborate with sales operations, QA, and training teams.
  • Ensure team alignment with client offerings across EMEA regions.
  • Recruit and hire new talent as needed.

Targeted Qualifications

  • Fluency in Italian Language, C1 level or Higher.
  • Fluency in English Language, C1 level or Higher.
  • Exceptional time management and prioritization skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, able to engage clients via phone, email, and video.
  • Min 4+ years of experience in account management, partner support, technical support, customer experience, customer success, or sales.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines, adapt to shifting priorities, and balance short-term demands with long-term goals.
  • Min 1 year of experience in a leadership, coaching, training, or senior representative role.
  • Comfortable navigating both strategic and tactical challenges in dynamic environments.
  • Proficient in CRM software, particularly with managing leads and opportunities.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
