Summary:

We are looking for a Customer Onboarding & Support Executive to join our Integration team. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in onboarding or integration, with hands-on exposure to payment gateway setups (preferably Razorpay). This role demands strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills to ensure seamless customer onboarding and exceptional post-integration support.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and support payment gateway integrations, primarily Razorpay.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely onboarding.
Diagnose and resolve integration-related issues promptly and effectively.
Maintain accurate documentation and progress updates in internal systems.
Coordinate closely with the support and development teams for escalations or advanced troubleshooting.

Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in Onboarding or Integration roles.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
High attention to detail and accountability.
Solid understanding of payment gateway integration workflows.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts and availability on weekends or holidays, as per business requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in hospitality technology, especially PMS or Channel Manager integrations.
Knowledge of multiple payment gateways and API-based integrations.
