Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support payment gateway integrations, primarily Razorpay.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely onboarding.
- Diagnose and resolve integration-related issues promptly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress updates in internal systems.
- Coordinate closely with the support and development teams for escalations or advanced troubleshooting.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in Onboarding or Integration roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and accountability.
- Solid understanding of payment gateway integration workflows.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and availability on weekends or holidays, as per business requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in hospitality technology, especially PMS or Channel Manager integrations.
- Knowledge of multiple payment gateways and API-based integrations.
