Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Onboarding & Support Executive to join our Integration team. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in onboarding or integration, with hands-on exposure to payment gateway setups (preferably Razorpay). This role demands strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills to ensure seamless customer onboarding and exceptional post-integration support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and support payment gateway integrations, primarily Razorpay.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely onboarding.
  • Diagnose and resolve integration-related issues promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress updates in internal systems.
  • Coordinate closely with the support and development teams for escalations or advanced troubleshooting.

Requirements:
  • 1–3 years of experience in Onboarding or Integration roles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accountability.
  • Solid understanding of payment gateway integration workflows.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts and availability on weekends or holidays, as per business requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in hospitality technology, especially PMS or Channel Manager integrations.
  • Knowledge of multiple payment gateways and API-based integrations.
