Your Mission

  • you operate at the intersection of customer experience, capital markets mechanics, and tax logic.
  • manage customer interactions related to brokerage, trading activity, and transaction-driven tax impacts — structured, efficient, and solution-focused
  • analyse capital gains, tax realisation events, and withholding tax implications at transaction level
  • review loss carryforward balances, tax offset logic, and exemption orders — including impact on future trading activity
  • explain buy-ins, forced position closures, and settlement mechanics based on FiFo valuation and resulting tax consequences
  • validate annual tax statements and reconcile discrepancies between portfolio activity and tax reporting
  • analyse corporate actions end-to-end — dividends, spin-offs, rights issues, mergers, capital measures — including cost basis adjustments and tax treatment
  • translate complex market and tax mechanics into clear, structured customer communication


What You Bring

  • fluent German & advanced English obligated (spoken and written)
  • experience in brokerage, banking, trading support, or fintech customer operations
  • solid understanding of securities transactions, tax treatment of capital gains, and portfolio accounting logic
  • confident working with concepts such as: FiFo valuation · loss offsetting · tax realisation · corporate actions · capital measures · cost basis adjustments · tax reporting logic
  • strong analytical mindset with the ability to trace transactions down to booking logic
  • clear communicator who can explain complex financial mechanics in simple terms
  • ownership mentality and strong customer focus
