  • Manage and maintain the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer data.
  • Manage Digital Marketing Leads and Align to the team.
  • Develop and implement customer engagement and retention strategies
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Coordinate with sales teams to track leads, conversions, and pipeline status
  • Ensure timely follow-ups on inquiries, complaints, and service requests
  • Generate periodic reports on customer behavior, sales performance, and CRM metrics
  • Support marketing campaigns through database management and targeted communication
  • Improve customer satisfaction through proactive relationship management
  • Train and guide team members on CRM usage and best practices
  • Monitor customer feedback and work with internal teams to resolve issues
  • Strong knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Data analysis and reporting skills
  • Problem-solving and customer-centric approach
  • Team management and coordination abilities
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
