Job Summary:

Responsible for managing customer interactions, resolving queries, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the service journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries through phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person interactions
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions
• Maintain professional and positive relationships with customers
• Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, services, and requests
• Resolve customer complaints and coordinate with relevant departments
• Maintain accurate customer records and interaction details
• Assist in preparing customer reports and MIS
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Accounts, and other internal teams
• Collect customer feedback and identify areas for service improvement
• Support customer retention and relationship-building initiatives
• Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential customers

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills
• Good interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Professional and confident personality
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software
• Ability to handle customers professionally and patiently

Qualification & Experience:

• BBA / B.Com / Graduate in any discipline
• 0–3 years of experience in Customer Relations, Customer Service, Sales Coordination, or similar roles
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in customer service, retail, real estate, hospitality, banking, or corporate services
• Candidates with strong communication and relationship-building skills preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
