Working Hours : Monday–Saturday | 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Salary : starting salary Rs.14,000 (based on experience)

Joining : Immediate / short notice preferred

Job Description

RVS Moto Hub is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to support our automobile service operations and customer engagement activities.

Role Responsibilities

• Create and manage job card entries for all vehicles entering the service premises (general check-up / estimates)
• Perform regular follow-ups on estimates shared with customers to obtain approvals
• Use garage software for quotation preparation and accurate service record entry
• Coordinate with service advisor on job progress
• Handle customer calls, service inquiries, and appointment scheduling
• Maintain customer data and service documentation
• Prepare reports using MS Office (MS Excel, as required) and report to Business Coordinator

Candidate Profile

• Strong communication skills in Malayalam
• Good computer proficiency (MS Office)
• Ability to learn garage software is a must
• Training/ Probation period is 3 months
• Incentive eligibility after Training/Probation period
• Willing to relocate by self/own, if outside commuting distance
