Role: Customer Care Executive

We are seeking empathetic, responsible, and experienced professionals to join our customer care team. As the first point of contact for parents and learners, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth communication, resolving queries, and delivering a delightful customer experience.

This role is especially ideal for women resuming their careers who bring maturity, patience, and empathy to customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to parent and student queries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
  • Assist parents with program details, registrations, scheduling, and technical support.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.
  • Provide empathetic support to parents, ensuring trust and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with operations and academic teams to ensure smooth class execution.
  • Follow up on leads, inquiries, and feedback to improve customer experience.
  • Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to processes and systems.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 1–4 years in customer support, client servicing, or similar roles.
  • Communication Skills: Strong proficiency in English (spoken & written). Knowledge of Hindi/Tamil is an advantage.
  • Tech Skills: Comfortable using Google Sheets, CRM tools, email, and WhatsApp.
  • Personality: Empathetic, patient, problem-solving mindset, and proactive.
  • Attitude: Responsible, deadline-oriented, and open to learning in a startup environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Application Question(s):

  • Would you be open to working from office (Teynampet, Chennai) monthly once or twice?
  • Do you have a high speed internet and a working Laptop? Yes or No.
  • The shift timings would be from 2 pm to 10 pm IST. Weekly 6 days and off day would be on a weekday. Are you ok with this?
  • This is a WFH opportunity, would you have a work area which is fairly free from disturbances? Yes or No.

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Language:

  • English Fluently? (Preferred)
