Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager – Retail
Location: Haldwani

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to handle customer interactions, resolve concerns, and encourage repeat visits and purchases at our retail store.

Responsibilities:

• Build strong customer relationships and ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
• Maintain customer records, purchase preferences, and follow-up details.
• Contact customers about new collections, offers, and special occasions.
• Coordinate with sales and billing teams to resolve service-related issues.
• Manage loyalty programmes and follow up with customers after purchases.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail customer service or customer relationship management.
• Clothing/fashion retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of Excel, customer databases, and CRM software.
• Ability to handle dissatisfied customers calmly and take ownership of their concerns.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

• Fashion retail: 2 years (Required)
