- Relationship Management: Building rapport with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty, acting as a bridge between the customer and the business.
- Sales Generation: Promoting, upselling, and closing sales to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Customer Support: Responding to inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing detailed information about products/services.
- Lead Nurturing & Follow-up: Following up on leads via phone or email to convert them into clients.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintaining accurate customer databases, records of interactions, and sales data.
- Field/Direct Sales: Conducting site visits, attending trade exhibitions, or managing walk-in customers.
Job Types: Part-time, Fresher, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: ₹9,174.94 - ₹26,905.96 per month
Expected hours: 15 per week
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Kozhikode, Kerala
