This is a start-up gig, although we are experienced business owners, have an industry leading program and have turned this into a 6 figure business in under 80 days, which means we have clear direction for growth and the know how to get us there.
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Representative to immediately join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will engage with customers through various channels, ensuring their inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a knack for problem-solving, and the ability to analyse customer needs to enhance their experience.
Responsibilities
- Reach out to customers by telephone, voicemail, whatsapp and email daily.
- Follow the script and sales psychology to maintain a minimum 50% conversion.
- Call leads at the assigned time to insure the highest possibility of conversion
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain customer records and interactions.
- No sale, only offering a Free Clarity Call.
- Collaborate with team leaders and members to improve service delivery and share best practices.
- Analyse customer feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements in service quality.
- Maintain an organised workspace and ensure all customer interactions are documented properly.
Requirements
- Proficiency in English is essential
- Strong phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Experience in data entry with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to analyse customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is an advantage but not mandatory.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £24,000.00-£48,000.00 per year

Education:
- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
