What the job is …

  • Deliver world-class support for aircraft spare parts requirements in alignment with Satair’s values and strategies.

  • Team Leadership: Partner with the Regional HO to balance workloads, provide functional guidance, and lead the upskilling of team members.

  • Customer Advocacy: Drive Customer Satisfaction (CSIP) by ensuring high-quality, qualified responses to all inquiries.

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify process efficiencies and lead projects that enhance service delivery.

  • Performance Management: Measure and analyze KPIs (OTD, Ticket Resolution, manage open order book activity and produce reports for management and stakeholders.

  • Customer Portfolio Management: Handle quotes and orders, manage Open Order Books, and lead account meetings with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Escalation Leadership: Identify material delivery risks and launch first-level escalations to ensure on-time delivery.

  • People Development: Assist in onboarding new hires and provide performance feedback to the Regional Head to support team growth.


How you will contribute to the team

Professional Skills

  • 5+ years of customer service experience

  • Previous experience working in the aviation industry and having a technical background would be an advantage but not a prerequisite.

  • Proficiency in PC tools (spreadsheets/databases). Experience with SAP, C4C and Freshdesk is a significant advantage.

  • Fluent in English (written and oral).

  • Proactive Leader: Ability to motivate, guide, and train group members with a "can-do" attitude.

  • Service-minded, conscientious, flexible and able to understand customers' needs.

  • A proactive team player who has a structured approach to work and solving especially complex tasks.

  • Motivated by having many touchpoints and ensuring cooperation with internal and external stakeholders

  • Able to work within a multicultural environment.

  • Demonstrates responsiveness, ownership, accuracy, and integrity in all transactions.

  • Comfortable working under pressure with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Analytical & Structured: Strong problem-solving skills with a high attention to details.

  • Excellent Communicator: Superior presentation and intercultural communication skills.
