We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Retention Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial for maintaining and enhancing our relationships with existing customers.
The ideal candidate will focus on ensuring customer satisfaction and engage our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Retention & Engagement:
- Proactively reach out to customers who show signs of inactivity, dissatisfaction, or potential churn.
- Conduct follow-ups on customer interactions to ensure timely resolution and satisfaction.
Relationship Building:
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase loyalty and reduce churn.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their unique needs and identify solutions
Feedback & Insights
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify pain points and improvement opportunities
- Work closely with the product, sales, and marketing teams to share customer insights and trends that may enhance product offerings
- Prepare and present regular reports on retention metrics and customer feedback to help improve overall customer experience
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $3,200.00 - $4,500.00 per month
