London Community Outreach Solutions is a consulting and sales firm that is looking for a Customer Sales Associate to join our growing sales and customer service team. The ideal Customer Sales Associate candidate will communicate effectively with new and existing customers, offer tailored solutions, and drive revenue growth through strategic business development initiatives.

In this Customer Sales Associate role, you will work directly with customers to understand their needs, deliver personalized customer service, explain wireless and internet options, and drive sales by delivering a confident customer experience.

The Customer Sales Associate's role will allow you to gain real-world, hands-on experience in sales, customer service, and technology.

Customer Sales Associate Responsibilities

• As a Customer Sales Associate, you will help customers feel comfortable and informed by understanding their needs and guiding them through internet and wireless service options.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate internet services and wireless solutions that suit their needs.
• Provide end-to-end support through device activation and account setup while explaining features and billing options as a Customer Sales Associate.
• Support sales targets by helping customers choose the right solutions.
• Process sales Transactions accurately while maintaining detailed and up-to-date records as a Customer Sales Associate

Customer Sales Associate Requirements:

• The ability to communicate clearly with customers and build long-lasting relationships as a Customer Sales Associate
• Previous background in customer service, sales, telecommunications, and retail is a plus as a Customer Sales Associate
• The ability to drive sales and additional products based on customer needs
• Experience or comfort working with mobile technology and POS systems as a Customer Sales Associate
