Language Requirement:

• Spanish required
• Conversational Spanish is acceptable
• Must be comfortable communicating with both English and Spanish-speaking customers

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with product and service inquiries
• Provide professional customer support and account assistance
• Build positive relationships with new and existing customers
• Help explain promotions, pricing, and service options
• Work alongside a team to achieve weekly goals
• Maintain a positive and energetic attitude with customers

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills
• Outgoing and people-oriented personality
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a strong work ethic
• Customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Reliable transportation
