We’re seeking a Customer Scheduling Agent to join our Fort Myers, FL office. If you’re passionate about home automation and want to be part of a team that values innovation, craftsmanship, and exceptional customer experiences — this is the opportunity for you.

Responsibilities

• Schedule customer appointments and coordinate daily assignments for Technicians.
• Inspect orders for accuracy and follow up with internal teams to ensure precision.
• Assist Help Desk Agents with basic Tier 1 support as needed.
• Create and schedule work orders efficiently.
• Promote and sell service plans to customers.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to coordinate appointments and daily tasks.
• Attention to detail with the ability to verify orders and follow up for accuracy.
• Basic technical aptitude to provide Tier 1 support.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work effectively with internal teams and across departments.
• Sales skills and comfortable presenting service plans to customers.
• Proficiency with scheduling software, CRMs, or related systems preferred.
