Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers.
Duties
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email.
- Enter customer payments & rent available units
- Enter customer data accurately into our systems to ensure proper record-keeping.
- Clean vacated units & help keep facility clean
- Must be able to operate lawnmower & snowblower
- Work every second Saturday
Requirements
- Minimal computer skills required,will train
- Familiarity with sales principles and practices is beneficial.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes and systems.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $17.60 per hour
Work Location: In person
