## Job Overview
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality, food service, or the kitchen environment. This position involves interacting with customers, handling transactions, and providing excellent guest services.
## Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
- Provide information about menu items and upsell additional products
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
## Skills
- Experience in hospitality, food service, or the food industry is preferred
- Strong guest service skills with the ability to engage with customers effectively
- Knowledge of food preparation processes is a plus
- Ability to upsell products to enhance customer experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.20-$19.00 per hour
Experience:
- serving: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Smart Serve (preferred)
