Key Responsibilities

• Address and resolve customer queries professionally via phone and chat.
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Adhere to company communication guidelines, procedures, and policies.

Job Details

• Salary: ₹26,000 - ₹30,000/month (CTC)
• Shift: 5 Days Working; Rotational Shifts with Rotational Weekly Offs.
• Work Mode: Work From Office (Udyog Vihar, Gurugram)
• Cab facility: Both-side cabs provided
