Due to continued growth and the expansion of our central dispatching operations at our Kennington site, we are seeking a detail-driven Customer Service Team Member to join our team. This is a key role, and will primarily be responsible for entering customer orders, answering store enquiries, and supporting our outbound sales reps on the road. From time-to-time backup for other customer supporting roles in the export market would also be required.

Customer service is at the heart of what we do, and your ability to provide prompt, professional, and proactive support will be critical. Whether handling phone and email enquiries, managing order timelines, or liaising with both internal departments and external customers, you will ensure communication is always clear, courteous, and timely.

Accuracy, time management, and computer literacy are essential to this role. You will need to be confident using Microsoft Office, learning new software and capable of maintaining accurate records, spreadsheets, and reports without supervision.

While full training will be provided, having prior experience in a similar role—particularly in the building Industry, Merchant Trade/Retail Space, or logistics—will be highly valuable. Familiarity with building products or industry knowledge is a strong advantage, as it supports accurate communication with customers and internal teams. We are looking for someone who can confidently transfer skills such as attention to detail, strong computer literacy, and a commitment to continually improving the customer experience. Previous experience in an office environment is essential, as you’ll be working within a structured yet dynamic team setting where professionalism, initiative, and accuracy are critical to success.
