Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Service & Administration Representative to join our Operations team. This is a Permanent - Full Time position that offers an exciting opportunity for an individual with strong administrative and customer service skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
Handling incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
Processing orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
Managing customer accounts and maintaining accurate records of interactions
Assisting with general administrative duties to support the smooth operation of the department
Collaborating with other teams to resolve customer issues effectively
Contributing to the development and improvement of customer service processes

You’re a self-starter, even if no one’s around, you’ll jump in and get started on something
You have the motivation to chat to people as you communicate well with others and are the face of the business
You want to be part of a great team

Hybrid working: 3 days in the office, and 2 days at home, working 9.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday
