Customer Service Advisor

Our team in Worcester has a part-time opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor. The role is to answer inbound inquiries from businesses and individuals who wish to place announcements into our network of newspaper brands across several local counties; Wiltshire, Oxford, Midlands Berkshire, and Wales.

The successful candidate will have confident verbal and written communication skills to deal with phone calls and emails from customers wishing to place birth, death & marriage announcements, and official planning notices.

You must have confident PC skills and attention to detail to ensure the advert is correctly uploaded onto our systems to appear in the chosen news brand on the right date.

The role is working from home Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday and working in our Worcester office every Monday.
