Due to continued growth, we are now hiring a Service Advisor to join our expanding Aftersales Department. Whether you’re an experienced Service Advisor or come from a fast-paced customer service background and are ready for a new challenge, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers during the servicing and repair process. Your goal is to ensure a seamless and professional experience from booking to handover.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction & Service:
- Greet and consult customers on service needs in a professional and courteous manner
- Understand customer concerns and relay accurate information to the workshop
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair/service process
- Explain work carried out and invoice clearly and confidently
Booking & Scheduling:
- Handle incoming service enquiries and schedule appointments
- Coordinate courtesy cars and pick-up/drop-off arrangements
- Prepare service documentation and ensure parts are pre-ordered when needed
Administrative & Workshop Support:
- Ensure service records and customer contact details are kept up to date
- Provide accurate service quotations and follow up on approvals for additional work
- Liaise with parts and technical teams to ensure smooth operations
Customer Retention & Satisfaction:
- Promote additional products and services tailored to the customer’s needs
- Encourage repeat business through outstanding service and communication
- Proactively follow up on service reminders, recalls, and satisfaction checks
Who We’re Looking For:
We are open to a range of backgrounds, and motor trade experience is not essential—we provide full training for the right person.
You must have:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a fast-paced customer-facing role (e.g. retail, hospitality, or call centre)
- Excellent communication skills and a professional, friendly manner
- A high level of organisation, with strong attention to detail
- Confidence in using CRM and booking systems
- A desire to learn a new industry and build a long-term career
- Full, clean driving licence
