We’re thrilled to expand Vintage Cash Cow from the UK into Europe with our new sister company, Arcavindi. To support this growth, we’ve set up a brand-new Customer Engagement Centre just outside of Arnhem. From here, we serve customers across the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and France, offering a seamless experience in buying vintage, valuable, and unique items.
As we scale rapidly, backed by VC firms like Dutch Founders Fund and Airbridge Equity Partners, we’re looking for Customer Service Advisors who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Your Role: Customer Service Advisor French Speaker


As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be the voice of Arcavindi, ensuring that every customer interaction is smooth, enjoyable, and memorable. You'll handle inquiries, guide customers through our process, and contribute to our mission of revolutionizing the buying and selling of pre-loved valuables in the French market.
What You’ll Do:
  • Customer Engagement: Handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with sign-ups, schedule collections, and provide clear and friendly support.
  • Problem-Solving: Address customer inquiries efficiently, building trust and ensuring a seamless journey.
  • Performance & Growth: Work towards individual and team KPIs, actively contributing to our shared success.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to ensure a smooth customer experience from start to finish.
  • Continuous Improvement: Share best practices, mentor new colleagues, and drive excellence in customer service.

What We’re Looking For:


  • Minimum 1 year in a customer service or contact center role with a strong track record.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills, with a clear and professional telephone manner.
  • Fluency in English and French. Bonus points if you also speak Dutch or German!
  • Comfortable using different systems and digital tools
  • Strong objection handling and negotiation skills—turning challenges into opportunities.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a high-performing team.
  • Must be available to work from our office in Duiven, near Arnhem.
