The Role

As a Customer Service Agent, you will help support customers who contact Glancy Enviro by phone, email and online enquiry. You will be part of the office team, helping to take details, log jobs, support bookings and ensure customers receive a professional and helpful response.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls in a friendly and professional manner
• Take customer details and understand the nature of their enquiry
• Log enquiries and job information accurately on our system
• Assist with booking jobs and passing information to the relevant team
• Support weekend and summer customer service cover
• Respond to basic email or online enquiries where required
• Work closely with the office and operations team
• Maintain a positive and helpful attitude with customers at all times

What We Are Looking For

• Good communication skills
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
• Reliable, punctual and organised
• Basic computer skills
• Good attention to detail
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work weekends and during the summer period
• Previous customer service or office experience is helpful but not required

Schedule

This role will mainly involve weekend work, with additional hours available during the summer months and busy periods.

Applicants should be available to work Saturdays and/or Sundays.
