We're looking for a fun, friendly & motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Ambassador (Part-time) - a key figure in the overall online customer service experience. You should be someone who understands the brand and embodies our values.
Prior experience in customer-facing role recommended, not required - but affinity with the brand and passion for service is necessary.
Per hourly rate will commensurate with experience.
Skills & Requirements
- Impeccable customer service skills
- Honest, hardworking, responsible, pro-active and a strong team player
- Able to converse fluently in English
- Able to commit to at least 3 days a week, Mondays - Fridays
- Positive energy and approachable, with a willingness to learn
- Ability to be flexible, multi-task and work well under pressure
- Understanding of the brand aesthetics and values
