Responsibilities

' Greet and serve customers with a friendly attitude.

• Prepare coffee, beverages, and serve baked goods according to company standards.
• Operate POS systems including Micros POS for transactions.
• Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in all food handling areas.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Support team members in daily operations to create a welcoming environment.'
• Qualifications

' Proven experience as a barista or in food service is preferred.

• Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
• Good time management skills to handle busy periods.
• Knowledge of food safety standards.
• Basic math skills for cash handling.
