Dispatcher – Fast-Paced Family-Owned Pest & Wildlife Control Company

Location: Parrish, FL

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience + Holiday Pay + PTO

We are a family-owned pest control and wildlife removal company looking for a reliable and motivated Office Administrator to join our team. We take pride in providing top-quality service to our customers, and our office staff is a vital part of that success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls, schedule appointments, and assist customers with inquiries.
  • Dispatch technicians to service calls efficiently and keep detailed job records.
  • Process invoices, payments, and other administrative tasks using office software.
  • Maintain organized records for customers, service reports, and compliance documents.
  • Assist with customer follow-ups, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
  • Support general office duties, including data entry, filing, and email communication.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong Communication Skills – Ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.
  • Organized & Detail-Oriented – Able to multitask, manage priorities, and keep accurate records.
  • Experience in Customer Service & Administration – Previous office experience in a fast-paced setting is a plus!
  • Tech-Savvy – Comfortable using computers, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Problem Solver – Someone who can think on their feet and handle unexpected situations with confidence.
  • Team Player with a Positive Attitude – We value a supportive and friendly work environment.

Preferred but Not Required:

  • Experience in the pest control or wildlife removal industry.
  • Knowledge of scheduling and dispatching software.
