Adfast is currently seeking a Customer Service & Warehouse Agent in Winnipeg!
Job descriptions
Customer service & Warehouse Agent is responsible of managing incoming and outgoing goods and processing customer orders.
Working Conditions:
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, On-site
Status: Permanent, full-time

Main tasks and responsibilities:
Inbounds and outbounds management (+/- 30% of time)
- Prepare goods in the warehouse for customer orders
- Receive goods from suppliers
- Receive goods from our manufacturing headquarters
- Properly organize and stock received goods in the rackings and track inventory according to procedures
- Replenish shelves and place products in the warehouse and in the front-store (Adstore)
Customer service (+/- 30% of time)
- Respond to incoming calls and emails from customers
- Handle customer requests and follow up when needed
- Greet customers at the door and help them with their request and needs
- Make changes to orders if necessary
- Receive and enter orders in our ERP system (Microsoft D365)
- Verify the accuracy of products, quantities, and prices
- Register and approve orders originating from our B2B e-commerce platform
- Verify transport and delivery modalities
- Contact carriers who deliver the goods
- Complete documentation for carriers
- Confirm customer orders
- Create quotes according to customer needs
- Process the return of goods when necessary
- Receive payments
- Participate in the continuous improvement of customer service practices
Customer prospects (+/- 40% of time)
- Calling contacts (contractors, architects, initiators) related to construction projects in our database to present our company, our products and our services;
- Send follow-up emails to contacts following calls;
- Find new construction projects in our database;
- Update the status of construction projects in our CRM (Salesforce);
- Assign tasks to technical representatives in Salesforce if a contacted prospect is qualified
- Follow up with technical representatives to see if assigned leads are converted to customers;
- Prospecting calls to potential clients;
- Collaborate with the marketing team to achieve sales strategy goals
- Attend technical webinars given by our sales team to architects
Requirements:
- Have relevant sales or customer service experience
- Have worked for a manufacturing company (a strong asset)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Possess or be willing to obtain a valid forklift operator's license
- Proficiency in the Office suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Knowledge of Microsoft D365 ( a strong asset)
- Knowledge of SalesForce CRM (asset)
- Ability to work physically for several hours
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $24.00 per hour
