Shift: Rotational Shift

Week Off: Saturday & Sunday

We're looking for candidates who have proven international voice experience, excellent English communication, and the confidence to handle international customer interactions professionally.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle international customer calls related to insurance services

* Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate assistance

* Resolve queries while following established process guidelines

* Maintain customer service and quality standards

* Accurately update customer information and interaction details

* Meet defined productivity and performance targets

Candidate Requirements

* Graduate qualification

* Minimum 1 year of International Voice Process experience

* Excellent English communication skills

* Strong customer-handling and interpersonal skills

* Willing to work from Magarpatta, Pune

Pay: ₹450,000.00 per year
