Customer Service Assistant - Weekends only

• The primary point of contact for customers of our wholesale business

Customer Service / Wholesale Responsibilities

• Input daily customer orders (received via standing orders, online, phone, email and text message) before production deadline
• Create a daily production report with any checklists or special requests for dispatch and organise delivery notes
• Create credit notes for any product or delivery issues and liaise with customers to ensure a satisfactory outcome
• Update management with any feedback from customers (irregularities or new requests)

At Infinity Bakery we are focused on producing the best sourdough and artisan bakery products. We want to provide these coupled with the best customer experience. We believe that in order to do that we need to understand our customer, how they act and respond and be able to tailor a personalised service to each of them.

Our business has multiple moving parts with customers on one hand and various production departments on the other; the Office Manager needs to be an effective conduit between those moving parts. They must be proactive and ensure that the right people receive meaningful information to enable everyone to do their job better.

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Minimum 3 years experience in an office environment preferably in a similar role
• Proficient with computers and software applications
• Excellent communication skills
• Good customer service
• Able to think quickly and help customers get a positive result

Working arrangements

• 2 days per week (Saturday to Sunday)
• Must be able to work at the Bakery in Homebush West
• Approx. 5-6 hours work per day with necessary hours between 10-3pm
• $30 per hour

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Saturday-Sunday

Experience:

• Office experience: 3 year (Preferred)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 12 per week
