Great locally owned and family friendly hotel! We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team part-time, possibly leading to full-time with a flexible schedule. In this role, you get the opportunity to show your skills by providing exceptional service and support. You will assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and promote our products and services. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.

Duties

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system and cash register.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Assist in supervising junior staff members as needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, striving for resolution.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer experience.
• Utilize basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.

Skills

• Proven experience in a hotel or restaurant environment is preferred.
• Ability to sell products effectively while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash register operations is advantageous.
• Strong basic math skills to ensure accurate financial transactions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers quickly.
• Ability to supervise or mentor team members when required, fostering a collaborative environment.

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
