We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Customer Service Associate.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Maintain customer service excellence by managing walk-in customer queries
  • Manage outbound calls and emails to both internal and external customers
  • Prepare statement summary and reports
  • Manage complaints and resolve within Service Level Agreement (SLA)
  • Ensure tasks are executed expeditiously, with minimal errors and in compliance with audit and statutory guidelines
  • To drive initiatives to improve customer experiences
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned by line manager
Requirements
  • Min. Diploma/Bachelor with relevant 3-4 years experiences in frontline customer service
  • Knowledge in insurance will be highly preferred
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, customer oriented
  • Highly driven to excel in customer service role
