Customer Service Associate – Voice Process (CL11)

Job Requirements:

• Education: Graduate / Undergraduate (Any Stream)
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in a voice process or customer service role
• Skills: Excellent communication skills in English, customer-handling ability, problem-solving mindset

Interview Process:

1️ HR Initial Screening
2️ SVAR / Voice Versant – 60
3️ Operational Interview

Salary & Benefits:

• Package: Up to ₹4,70,000 per annum
• Take-home: ₹24,000/month
• Incentives: ₹2,500/month (Performance-based)
• Transport:
• One-way cab facility for night shifts
• Free transport for women (7 PM – 7 AM)
• Male employees charged ₹75 per one-way cab ride

Additional Information:

• No remote work option – Work From Office only
• 24/7 rotational shifts including night shifts

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹470,000.00 per year
