The DOOLEYS Group operates two vibrant Clubs in Lidcombe and Regents Park, along with DOOLEYS Health + Fitness, and we are currently seeking enthusiastic, service-driven professionals with Gaming experience to join our team as Full-Time Customer Service Attendants (CSA).

About the Role

As a Customer Service Attendant, you will play a key role in delivering a premium hospitality experience to our valued members and guests. This is a hands-on, dynamic role where you will work across multiple departments, with a strong focus on Gaming operations.

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

Warmly greeting members and guests and building rapport across diverse cultural backgrounds
Delivering exceptional service across Gaming and Food & Beverage areas
Operating and monitoring gaming machines in line with compliance requirements
Assisting patrons in the Gaming area, including machine payouts and general enquiries
Preparing and serving beverages in accordance with RSA requirements
Operating cashier tills and handling transactions accurately
Maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness and compliance
Ensuring adherence to operational procedures and responsible service standards

Skills and Experiences:
About You

We are looking for hospitality professionals who genuinely enjoy engaging with people and creating memorable experiences, with proven experience in Gaming environments.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

Previous experience in a Gaming role within a club, pub or similar venue (essential)
A strong understanding of Gaming compliance and responsible gambling practices
A customer-first mindset and passion for service excellence
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
A positive, professional and friendly attitude
The flexibility to work a rotating roster across days, evenings, overnight shifts, weekends and public holidays

A current RSA and RCG is required.
