Ferri Auto concessionaria TOYOTA a Padova, Due Carrare (Padova), Venezia Mestre e Musile di Piave (Venezia) ricerca 1 CUSTOMER SERVICE - BDC da inserire nel proprio organico presso la sede di Limena.
PRINCIPALI MANSIONI E RESPONSABILITA’
- Chiamate: gestire chiamate in ingresso/uscita per quanto riguarda vendita o post-vendita, raccogliendo le informazioni utili ai colleghi.
- Richieste: gestire e qualificare le richieste in arrivo su piattaforme social/digitali
- Esplorazione dei bisogni: mettere in condizione i Clienti di esprimere liberamente i propri desideri o necessità per identificarne i bisogni e le esigenze
- Appuntamenti: generazione di appuntamenti provenienti da contatti lead derivanti dai canali digitali rivolti a clienti esistenti e potenziali;
- Centralino: gestire le telefonate in ingresso dei clienti, trasmettendole poi al diretto interessato.
- Utilizzo di gestionali (come CRM)

Disponibilità: dal lunedì al sabato
