Job Description

• Position Title: Customer Service Coordinator
• Working Location: Kallang
• Working Hours: Mon-Fri: 8am – 5.30pm
• Salary Package: Basic salary $2,500 - $2,800 + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Handle invoicing, delivery orders, proforma invoices, packing lists, and related documents.
• Enter job-related information into the system.
• Coordinate daily with planners and customers for schedules and shipments, including logistics and courier arrangements.
• Update customer forecasts and generate reports.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors or management.
