PL Electric Supply is an authorized ABB distributor and one of Ontario’s fastest-growing electrical supply companies. With locations in Guelph and soon in Barrie, we provide contractors, electricians, and builders with high-quality panels, breakers, wiring, lighting, and tools.

We are looking for a Customer Service with electrical knowledge to join our Barrie team and provide excellent service to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in customers (contractors, electricians, homeowners)
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional manner
• Create invoices, quotes, and process orders accurately
• Provide product information and recommend solutions (ABB panels, breakers, wiring, tools)
• Maintain the store: stock checks, organization, cleanliness
• Assist with merchandising, promotions, and customer follow-ups
• Support daily operations of the store

Requirements

• Electrical knowledge (experience in electrical supply, counter sales, or as an electrician/contractor preferred)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask between phone calls, invoices, and walk-in customers
• Comfortable using computers for invoicing, emails, and order entry
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.20-$20.00 per hour
