We offer an exciting and varied job where you will have the opportunity to work in hospitals nationwide within Finland and become part of both a local team and an international organization.
The position is also suitable for recent graduates.
Extensive training on equipment and products will be provided.
Servicing and maintaining complex MR scanners, with the potential to expand to other modality areas in the future.- Ensuring that service tasks are followed through to completion and that any outstanding issues are always addressed.
- Building and maintaining trust with customers by providing accurate and honest information about service and repairs.
- Contributing to our success through an open and adaptable approach to responsibilities, where flexibility is key.
- Maintaining strong relationships and developing long-term customer partnerships by collaborating closely with our account managers to ensure customer satisfaction and retain them as our valued customers.
- Providing technical expertise to the sales team when needed.
- A higher education background in electronics, mechanics, and/or automation or network engineering is an advantage.
- Knowledge of electronics and electrical safety aspects is essential.
- Proven experience and technical experience with service and maintenance of MR systems or other complex systems is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and ability to resolve technical solutions directly with customer.
- Fluency in Finnish, both written and spoken essential. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken is also required.
- Adept at building and maintaining customer relationships.
- Organized and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A team player who excels at networking and collaboration within a large organization.
- Willing to take responsibility, including for your own learning, and unafraid to ask questions.
- Experience with servicing of electronic systems and components.
- Knowledge of mechanical systems and their maintenance.
- Understanding of network technology and the ability to troubleshoot network issues i.eg. DICOM).
- Practical experience with tools and equipment for repair and maintenance, including remote service and IT tools.
- Ability to read and understand technical manuals and documentation.
- Working with diagnostic tools and software for complex systems.
