About the Company: It is a B2B software product company that offers Mobile first software solution for Workplaces. The software solutions include:
· Workplace Hygiene monitoring and reporting solution
· Seat & Meeting room reservation solutions for Workplaces
· Visitor management solutions for Workplaces
· Smart Washroom solutions for WorkplacesCandidates with Hospitality Management background are prefered.
Reporting to: General Manager (Finance &Administration).
Required skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience ( 3-5 years) in customer relationship management, account management, or a related role for SaaS applications or technology company
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to connect with customer at multiple levels.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and customer support tools.
- A customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
- Knowledge of SaaS business models would be an added advantage
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Technical Ability & Aptitude to understand software products
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
