Job Title: International Voice Process Executive
Location: Pune, Maharashtra
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹50,000 per month
Job Type: Full-time
Job Description:
We are hiring enthusiastic and dedicated candidates for the International Voice Process. The role involves handling international customer interactions and providing excellent customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with international customers
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Follow communication scripts and company guidelines
- Meet daily/weekly performance targets
Eligibility Criteria:
- Fresher or experienced candidates can apply
- Graduate / Undergraduate both eligible
- Good communication skills in English (mandatory)
- Comfortable with rotational shifts / night shifts
- Immediate joiners preferred
Skills Required:
- Strong verbal communication
- Active listening and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
