Location: This is a hybrid role, offering a combination of being able to work remotely and from our Copenhagen office.
Contract Type: full-time
The Opportunity
As a Customer Service Executive at RS, you will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering high-quality support via phone, email, and chat. You will play a key role in creating a seamless and positive customer experience while building strong, long-term relationships.
In this role, you will handle a wide range of inquiries, coordinate closely with internal teams, and ensure customers are guided to the right solutions quickly and efficiently. Your work will be central to maintaining high service standards and supporting RS’s continued success.
What You Will Be Doing
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve issues, answer questions, and provide accurate information.
- Ensure a positive customer experience aligned with company standards.
- Support with orders, deliveries, returns, and complaints.
- Coordinate with internal teams and escalate complex cases when needed.
- Maintain strong knowledge of products, services, and processes.
- Handle customer data in line with GDPR and company policies.
- Ensure orders are processed correctly and delivered as expected.
What You’ll Bring
- Fluent Danish and communicative English (written and spoken)
- Strong communication skills across phone, email, and chat
- Ability to understand customer needs and resolve issues efficiently
- Good problem-solving and prioritization skills
- Professional and calm approach to handling challenges and complaints
- Team-oriented mindset with ability to collaborate across departments
- Structured way of working with attention to detail and data handling
