At Screed, Singapore’s go-to online lighting store, we’re looking for a dedicated and professional Customer Service Officer to join our team. If you’re passionate about customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and contributing to the success of a dynamic company, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing

Your role will be pivotal in creating a seamless experience for our customers while supporting our procurement and operational processes:

• Customer Service: Handle inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media with professionalism and care.
• Quotations & Documentation: Prepare quotations, invoices, and proposals for tenders and projects.
• Procurement: Source and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely procurement and delivery of products.
• Order Fulfillment: Manage sales orders and oversee the entire fulfillment process.
• Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative duties and support ad-hoc responsibilities as needed.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who is adaptable, detail-oriented, and service-minded:

• Experience: Prior experience in customer service, procurement, or administrative roles is preferred.
• Education: Diploma in Business Administration or related fields.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential. Mandarin proficiency is ESSENTIAL as well for communication with mandarin speaking customers and suppliers.
• Personality: Meticulous, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Tech-Savviness: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and email communication.
• Multi-tasking: Comfortable managing a dynamic mix of customer service and procurement duties.
