This is a full-time on-site role for a customer service executive at LBT Global Logistics in Singapore. The customer service executive will be responsible for
- communicating via email and phone with customers
- liaising between operations team & customers
- invoicing
- job creation
- strong negotiation and communication skills
- knowledge of container trucking and freight forwarding is a plus
- client relationship management
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
