Customer Service Executive (Chat Support – US Clients)
Location: Noida ( work from Office)
Work Hours: 8 P.M to 5 A.M
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: 1–2 years (Required)
About the Role:
We’re hiring an experienced and proactive Customer Service Executive to join our support team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling live chat support for our US-based clients, ensuring quick, clear, and professional communication.
This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent written English, and is committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide real-time chat support to customers across the US market
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
- Handle multiple chats simultaneously while maintaining high service standards
- Accurately log all customer interactions in the system
- Collaborate with internal teams when escalation is needed
- Stay updated on products, services, and policies to provide accurate information
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in customer support (chat-based preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Experience dealing with international (US-based) customers
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote setting
Nice to Have:
- Prior experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or service-based industries
- Problem-solving mindset and customer-first attitude
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
