Customer Service Executive (Part-Time)

We are seeking an individual who is passionate about customer service to join us. Our team of Diamond and Jewellery Consultants represents as experienced service and sales professionals via phone or e-mail, by selling our high quality diamonds and jewelry. Our most successful employees enjoy building lasting relationships with our customers and are committed to exceeding customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver a phenomenal experience to every Vivo Diamonds customer
• Develop enthusiastic satisfied customers by understanding and considering their needs and wants
• Build customer relationships through care and responsiveness
• Offer no-pressure advice and guidance to help our customers decide with confidence
• Assist customers through the purchasing process via phone and e-mail
• Take responsibility for personal learning, product information and job processes; shares knowledge; successfully handles change

Requirements:

• Exceptional customer service skills including empathy and ownership
• A strong ability to establish instant rapport and instill trust and credibility
• A solution-oriented personality with the desire to create a positive resolution which supports the business and customers' needs
• Ability to work on an individual level, as well as in a team environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Superior listening skills
• Highly detail-oriented with great documentation skills are a must
• Computer literate
• Successful candidates must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes daytime, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts. We are currently seeking a representative to cover the floater shift.
